Applications for our 2018 Graduate Program are open from 26 June to 31 July 2017.

Application . . .

Submit your resume online via our current job vacancies by 31 July 2017.

Online testing . . .

You’ll complete an aptitude test online. More information to follow.

Video interviewing . . .

You’ll participate in a recorded question and answer-style video interview.

Assessment Centre . . .

You’ll attend an Assessment Centre where you’ll participate in a variety of group activities.

Behavioural interview . . .

You’ll have an interview with WorkSafe leaders, where you’ll be asked behavioural-style questions. We’re looking for examples of how you’ve demonstrated particular behaviour in past situations.

Background check . . .

We’ll do a background check that includes a police check and speaking with two referees.

Job Offer . . .

If you’re successful, you’ll receive a verbal and written offer for a place in our 2018 program. Offers will be made in September 2017.

Induction Program and Probation . . .

Our new graduates must be able to start in February 2018 and participate in a one-week induction before starting their first business rotation.
