Who can apply?

To be eligible for our Graduate Program you need to:

  • be an Australian or New Zealand citizen or permanent resident

  • have graduated in the past two years and hold a minimum of a bachelor degree in one or more of these areas (but not limited to):

    • Health

    • Law

    • Business/Commerce

    • Finance

    • Marketing and Communications

    •  Human Resources

While your academic achievements are important, we’re also looking for people who have the qualities WorkSafe needs for success, now and for the future. So we’re eager to learn about the experiences that have shaped who you are today – your extra curricula activities, leadership experience and travels.

Ideally, you’ll also share our passion to make work safe – for all Victorians. You’ll be agile and innovative. You’ll be adaptable, resilient and curious. You’ll enjoy learning and thrive in an environment where no two days are ever the same.

WorkSafe has offices right across Victoria, but we’re relocating our head office from Melbourne’s CBD to central Geelong by June 2018. The Graduate roles will be predominantly Geelong based, however a willingness to travel is a must, as you could find yourself working from our Melbourne, Essendon Fields or Mulgrave offices throughout the program.

WorkSafe is an equal opportunity employer. We encourage applications from Aboriginal and Torres Island graduates and those with a disability.
